Policies

Orders

All orders are package and shipped by Capital District's staff in the United States. 

All orders will be ship via USPS mail with tracking number.

Most orders are processed and shipped with in 1 to 2 business days, after orders are confirmed and payment is received.

Orders can not be cancelled after being shipped.

Orders can not be corrected after order is place, customers will have to cancel their first order, and then reorder correct item. Please allow 5 to 7 days to receive refund from the first order.

Any Items offered with defects will be noted in item description box.

Exchanges

All sales are final but exchanges are giving.

No refunds or exchanges on discounted and sale items. 

Exchanges will only be accepted up to 14 days after delivery to customer.

Customers will be responsible for postage of exchanges orders.

Items must be returned in original packaging, with original tagging, and in unworn condition.
